We offer packages for making 10 pounds or 25 pounds of sausage.

Our own recipe, blended with salt, sugar, paprika, curry (coriander, cumin, fenugreek, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, mustard, garlic), habanero, cayenne, capsicum oleoresin, ghost peppers, moruga and Trinidad scorpion peppers, and scotch bonnet peppers.
