Campfire Pork Loins

Deliciously simple, this pork loin will be the star of the grill.


  • 2-3 tablespoons Stuart’s Spices Campfire Blend
  • 1 pork loin, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Rub pork loin generously with olive oil and Campfire Blend
  2. Get the grill up to a medium-high heat
  3. Grill the pork loin until the internal temp is ~ 140 degrees, turning occasionally to char all sides
  4. Cover with tinfoil and let rest for five minutes
  5. Cut and enjoy!
