Curry Garam Masala (Salt Free)

Garam Masala comes from Northern India, and is a sweeter curry, without the heat generally found in Madras curry. Garam Masala has a beautifully versatile flavor that can be used not just for curries but for spicing up your vegetables and rice as well.
Our own recipe, blended with coriander, cumin, black pepper, bay leaves, mace, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
